AE 发动机元件公司为柴油机研制出一种带气囊的新型活塞,该活塞用两个密封的气囊将钢顶与铝体隔绝。该结构能承受更高的燃烧室温度,提高燃烧效率,而活塞质量可大大减小。气囊是借助插入顶与体之间的薄金属板而形成的。其方法是:先将钢板与一块铝板碾压在一起,再用电子束将其与相邻表面焊接起来(铝板贴向铝体,钢板贴向钢顶)。
AE Engine Components The company has developed a new type of piston with airbag for diesel engines that uses two sealed airbags to isolate the steel roof from the aluminum body. The structure can withstand higher combustion chamber temperature, improve combustion efficiency, while the piston mass can be greatly reduced. The airbag is formed by means of a thin metal plate inserted between the top and the body. The method is: First, the steel plate and an aluminum laminated together, and then use the electron beam welded to the adjacent surface (aluminum plate attached to the body, the steel plate attached to the top).
