江苏省卫生厅、财政厅等有关部门依据国家基本公共卫生服务项目,并综合考虑本省经济社会发展状况、主要公共卫生问题和干预措施的效果,日前联合下发《关于促进基本公共卫生服务逐步均等化的实施意见》、《关于加强农村孕产妇住院分娩工作的意见》等文件,提出现阶段在全省实施9项基本公共卫生服务项目,包括建立居民健康档案,开展健康教育与健康促进,实施预防接种,防治传染病,开展高血压、糖尿病等慢性病管理,重性精神疾病管理,儿童保健,妇女保健,老年人保健等。该省还根据国家确定的重大公共卫生服务项目,针对影响人民群众健康的重大疾病和重点人群的主要健康问题,新增农村孕产妇住院分娩补助、为15岁以
