天平是测量质量的工具.天平有很多种,如物理天平、托盘天平、分析天平等,初中物理实验中主要使用的是托盘天平.使用天平前的准备工作托盘天平的构造如图1所示.使用托盘天平前,先将托盘天平放在水平位置,再调节天平横梁平衡.调节前,先将游码移到标尺左端的零刻度线处,再调节横梁上的平衡螺母.如果指针偏向分度盘的左侧,则向右调节平衡螺母;如果指针偏向分度盘的右侧,则向左调节平衡螺母,直到指针对准分度盘的中线或指针在分度盘中线两侧的摆
