我们分别测定了44例肾病患儿血清和尿中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和维生素 E(VE),结果为肾病期患儿血 SOD 和血 VE 明显下降,尿 SOD 和尿 VE 却显著升高;肾炎性肾病血 SOD 和血 VE 降低、尿 SOD 和尿 VE 升高均比单纯性肾病显著;激素敏感患儿血 SOD 和血VE 比激素依赖和激素耐药患儿高,但尿 SOD 和尿 VE 却比后两组低。研究结果提示,肾病患儿抗氧化能力明显低下,尿中抗氧化物的丢失可能为其原因之一。 We measured serum and urine superoxide dismutase (SOD) and vitamin E (VE) in 44 children with nephropathy respectively. The results showed that the serum SOD and blood VE were significantly decreased and the urinary SOD and urinary VE were significantly increased in children with nephropathy ; Nephritic nephropathy blood SOD and blood VE decreased urinary SOD and urine VE increased significantly more than simple nephrotic; hormone-sensitive children with blood SOD and blood VE than hormone-dependent and hormone resistant children with high, but urine SOD and urine VE is lower than the latter two groups. The results suggest that children with renal disease significantly lower antioxidant capacity, loss of urine antioxidants may be one of the reasons.
