利用数据包络分析(DEA)方法对吉林省2003~2013年经济效率差异和空间格局演变进行了深入研究。研究结果显示:吉林省经济发展总体效率相对较高,纯技术效率值较为稳定,规模效率值波动上升,处于规模收益持续递增阶段,规模效率始终是影响综合效率的主要原因;中部地区的综合效率水平高于东部和西部;在分解效率方面,与综合效率大致相同,中部地区的纯技术效率和规模效率均高于东部和西部;受区域经济发展不平衡影响,不同城市投入的资源水平存在差异,综合效率,纯技术效率和规模效率均呈现出由中部地区向东、西部扩张的空间格局。不同城市类型、城市规模对吉林省经济效率演变具有十分重要的影响;区域经济政策、市场经济、工业基础和产业集聚、科技水平等驱动力共同作用于吉林省经济效率空间格局的演化。
The data envelopment analysis (DEA) method was used to study the economic efficiency difference and spatial pattern evolution in Jilin Province from 2003 to 2013. The results show that the overall efficiency of economic development in Jilin Province is relatively high, the pure technical efficiency value is relatively stable, the scale efficiency value fluctuates upward, and is in the stage of increasing scale returns. The scale efficiency has always been the main factor affecting the overall efficiency. The comprehensive efficiency The level is higher than the east and west; in terms of decomposition efficiency, roughly the same as the comprehensive efficiency, the pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of the central region are higher than the eastern and western regions; due to the imbalanced development of regional economy, the level of resources invested in different cities is different The comprehensive efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency all showed a spatial pattern of expansion from the central region to the east and west. Different types of cities and the size of cities play an important role in the evolution of economic efficiency in Jilin Province. The driving forces such as regional economic policies, market economy, industrial base, industrial agglomeration and technological level all play their part in the evolution of the spatial pattern of economic efficiency in Jilin Province.
