黄连解毒汤、四逆散及柴胡桂枝汤均对胃粘膜损害有抑制作用,其中黄连解毒汤的抑制作用最强,其次为四逆散、柴胡桂枝汤。在胃粘膜损害的同时,胃粘膜组织中的过氧化脂质量增加,黄嘌呤氧化酶与髓过氧化物酶(中性粒细胞指标)活性上升,硒-谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性降低,给予黄连解毒汤使上述变化完全受到抑制,而给予四逆散和柴胡桂枝汤对黄嘌呤氧化酶无抑制作用。结果表
Huanglian Jiedu Decoction, Sini Powder and Chaihu Guizhi Decoction all had inhibitory effects on gastric mucosal damage. Among them, Huanglian Jiedu Decoction had the strongest inhibitory effect, followed by Sini Powder and Chaihu Guizhi Decoction. At the same time as damage of gastric mucosa, the mass of peroxidized lipids in the gastric mucosal tissue increased, the activity of xanthine oxidase and myeloperoxidase (neutrophil index) increased, and the activity of selenium-glutathione peroxidase decreased. The administration of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction completely inhibited the above changes, while Sini Powder and Chaihu Guizhi Decoction had no inhibitory effect on xanthine oxidase. Result table
