目的探讨海藻低聚糖对受6.0GyX射线照射小鼠的辐射防护作用。方法采用6MVX直线加速器一次全身照射小鼠,3个海藻低聚糖组照射后给药15d。观察小鼠30d存活率、小鼠外周血白细胞总数和红细胞数,脾脏指数,全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力,血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力。结果海藻低聚糖能加速小鼠外周血白细胞和红细胞数的恢复,明显提高脾脏指数,并且可引起抗氧化物酶GSH-Px和SOD活性显著增高。结论海藻低聚糖对受照射小鼠有明显的辐射防护作用。
Objective To investigate the radioprotective effects of seaweed oligosaccharides on mice exposed to 6.0 Gy X-rays. Methods The mice were irradiated with whole body 6MVX linear accelerator at a time, and 3 groups of seaweed oligosaccharides were given 15 days after irradiation. The survival rate of mice at 30 days, the total number of white blood cells and red blood cells in mice peripheral blood, the spleen index, the activity of whole blood glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), and the activity of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) were observed. Results Seaweed oligosaccharides accelerated the recovery of white blood cells and red blood cell counts in mice, significantly increased the spleen index, and caused significant increase in activity of antioxidant enzymes GSH-Px and SOD. Conclusion The seaweed oligosaccharide has obvious radiation protection effect on irradiated mice.
