深圳大学建筑系和建筑设计院全面开展质量管理(QC)工作,从系、院管理体制到技术攻关、科研成果开发及服务质量均纳入QC攻关项目。 QC小组成立以来,运用先进的方法(如:PDCA循环)和有效的工具(如:统计表、排列图:因果分析图、对策表、矩阵等)进行分析和探讨,采用①优化选题;②用排列图找出主要质量问题;③根据因果分析图找出影响质量的主要原因;④对症下药制定改进对策;⑤实施并检查效果;⑥及时总结并将遗留问题转入下
Shenzhen University’s Department of Architecture and Architectural Design Institute fully carried out quality management (QC) work. The department’s management system, technical management, research results development, and service quality were all included in the QC research project. Since the establishment of the QC team, advanced methods (such as: PDCA cycle) and effective tools (such as: statistical tables, arrangement diagrams: causal analysis diagrams, countermeasure tables, matrices, etc.) were analyzed and discussed, using 1 optimized topics; 2 Find out the main quality problems with the arrangement chart; 3 find out the main reasons that affect the quality according to the causality analysis chart; 4 formulate the improvement countermeasures for the right medicine; 5 implement and check the effect; 6 summarize and transfer the remaining problems in time
