为了研究苹果花叶病对苹果光合作用的影响,以表现花叶症状的8个苹果品种为试材,测定了不同品种叶片的叶绿素含量和净光合速率。结果表明,苹果花叶病能显著降低苹果叶片叶绿素含量,不同品种病叶叶绿素总量比正常叶片低14.80%~38.72%。苹果花叶病还能降低叶片净光合速率,不同品种病叶的净光合速率比正常叶片低2.93%~45.83%。
In order to study the effect of apple mosaic on the photosynthesis of apple, 8 apple cultivars with mosaic symptoms were used as materials to determine the chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate of different varieties of leaves. The results showed that apple mosaic disease could significantly reduce the chlorophyll content of apple leaves, the total amount of chlorophyll in diseased leaves of different varieties was 14.80% ~ 38.72% lower than that of normal leaves. Apple mosaic can also reduce the net photosynthetic rate of leaves, the net photosynthetic rate of different varieties of diseased leaves is 2.93% ~ 45.83% lower than normal leaves.
