通过对采自云南的红蛋巢菌属 (Nidula)鸟巢菌标本进行平板筛选 ,获得BNF71等 11个对核盘菌具有较强抑制作用的菌株。温室防病试验表明 ,BNF71和BNF137菌株的代谢液对核盘菌引起的油菜菌核病具良好防治效果 ,发病率防效分别达 98.8%和 86 .1% ,病斑扩展抑制率分别达 99.7%和 97.9%。BNF71活菌接种对油菜出苗的防病效果达 85 .2 %。除抑制核盘菌外 ,BNF71对Aspergillusniger、A .flavus、Pythi umultimum、Rhizoctoniasolani和Drechslerasorokiniana等重要的植物病原菌亦有不同程度的抑制作用。Nidula菌株具有较高的木聚糖酶活性 ,BNF134具有显著的外几丁质酶活性
A total of 11 strains of BNF71, which have a strong inhibitory effect on Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, were screened by screening the NDV collected from Yunnan.
