本文阐述了采用热成象技术研究车辆轴箱热分布规律和方法,以七种典型轴箱的热象照片介绍它们的热分布特点,以及与轴箱结构等的内在关系;作为典型方法对轴箱后侧壁里侧(或后挡)的铅垂向温度分布提出了三种模式;举例说明了热轴轴箱热分布特征,提出上探式的新探测点;为编组站和区间探测的滚动或滑动轴承判别提供逻辑判据和波形判别模式。
This paper describes the study of the thermal distribution laws and methods of the vehicle axleboxes by using the thermal imaging technology. The thermal distribution characteristics of the seven typical axleboxes as well as the internal relations with the axlebox structure are introduced. As a typical method, Three modes are proposed for the vertical temperature distribution in the back (or back) of the rear wall of the tank. An example is given to illustrate the thermal distribution characteristics of the hot axle box and the new exploration points for exploration. Rolling or sliding bearing discrimination provides logic criteria and waveform discrimination modes.
