抗药性是癌症化疗成功的主要障碍之一,随着化疗的广泛应用,癌细胞的抗药问题逐渐引起了人们的重视。癌细胞抗药类型较多.最常见的是多药抗药(Multidrug Resistance,MDR),即癌细胞一旦对一种药物产生抗性,对其它结构和作用机制不同的药物亦产生交叉抗药性。近年来,随着分子生物学和基因工程的发展,有关癌细胞MDR的研究取得了重大进展,本文就此作一简述。
Drug resistance is one of the major obstacles to the success of cancer chemotherapy. With the widespread use of chemotherapy, the drug resistance of cancer cells has gradually attracted people’s attention. There are many types of cancer cells resistant to drugs.
