沈阳药科大学工商管理学院党委积极探索新形势下党的组织工作新模式,开展了由教工党员、研究生党员、高年级学生党员和新生党员、积极分子共同组成的临时党支部“阶梯党支部”共建活动。本文以问卷调查结果为基础,结合高校学生工作实际,全面探讨“阶梯党支部”共建成效,剖析现象背后的深层次原因,提出解决对策。
