腹腔内中药灌注治疗急性坏死性胰腺炎（ANP），可以充分发挥中药活血化瘀、去腐生新的疗效，克服了口服中药时因胃肠道麻痹而影响中药疗效的问题。本研究采用大鼠ANP模型，以复方中药提取液作腹腔灌注，并观察其生存情况、血生化及光镜和电镜下的病理变化。结果表明：中药腹腔灌注可明显降低ANP大鼠血中的胰蛋白酶水平，消除胰腺局部微循环障碍，有效地降低了死亡率，为中西医结合治疗ANP开辟了一条新路。
Intraperitoneal Chinese medicine infusion treatment of acute necrotizing pancreatitis (ANP) can give full play to the traditional Chinese medicines in promoting blood circulation, removing phlegm, and removing rot. It also overcomes the problem of the effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) due to gastrointestinal palsy. In this study, rat ANP model was used to take intraperitoneal injection of compound Chinese herbal extract, and its survival, blood biochemistry, and pathological changes under light and electron microscopy were observed. The results showed that intraperitoneal perfusion of traditional Chinese medicine can significantly reduce the level of trypsin in blood of ANP rats, eliminate local microcirculatory disturbance of the pancreas, and effectively reduce the mortality rate. It has opened up a new path for the treatment of ANP with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.
