教学是种双边活动。教与学的双边活动的适应性与协调性是影响教学效果的重要因素之一。教学过程中,教师与学生通过相互之间信息的传递与反馈,进一步调整教法与学法,使教与学更和谐发展。但是。当前不少人对反馈以及它在教学中的意义认识不够,使反馈对教学起不到应有的作用。对此,本人谈几点自己的认识,以期引起人们的重视。

In the process of teaching, teachers and students further adjust their teaching methods and learning methods so as to make teaching and learning develop more harmoniously through the transmission and feedback of information between each other. but. At present, many people do not know enough about the feedback and its significance in teaching so that feedback can not play a proper role in teaching. In this regard, I talk a few of my own understanding, with a view to arouse people’s attention.
