目的观察了解金针菇中孳生粉螨种类及静粉螨休眠体形态。方法收集金针菇上附着培养料等细粒混合物,分离其中孳生的粉螨,并制成玻片标本,于体视显微镜下分类鉴定。结果从筛出的126g金针菇培养料等细粒混合物中共分离出4种粉螨,分别为害嗜鳞螨、伯氏嗜木螨、腐食酪螨和静粉螨。体视显微镜下,静粉螨休眠体颚体退化,为一对隆起取代。所有刚毛较短,不易看出,顶外毛缺如。足上刚毛和感棒数目和大小均减少(小),第一感棒较长,超过足Ⅰ、Ⅱ跗节长度的一半。吸盘板上,1对较发达的吸盘位于前端,中央1对吸盘痕迹状。结论金针菇中有粉螨孳生,应采取有效措施防止粉螨孳生。
Objective To observe the species of acaroid mites in the Flammulina velutipes and the morphology of the resting mites. Methods The fine powder mixture of cultivated Flammulina velutipes was collected and the acaroid mites were isolated and made into glass slides. The samples were classified under stereomicroscope. Results Four kinds of acaroid mites were isolated from the fine-grained mixtures of 126g Flammulina velutipes culture, which were screened out, which were Acarina spp., Acremonium spp., Acipenser mite and Acaroid mite respectively. Under stereomicroscope, the dormancy body of static acaroid mite degenerated and replaced by a pair of uplift. All bristles are short, not easy to see, the top outer hair missing. The number and size of the upper bristles and sensillum decrease (small), the first sensation is longer, more than half of the length of the foot. Suction plate, a pair of more developed suction cup is located in the front, the middle of a sucker traces. Conclusion There are acaroid mites in flammulina velutipes breeding, should take effective measures to prevent acaroid breeding.
