本研究以低锌饲料喂养实验大鼠,观察了缺锌和补锌对动物血浆、肝脏、肾脏和毛中锌含量的影响;同时,测定了血球三磷酸腺苷(ATP)含量及血浆中碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、血管紧张素转化酶(ACB)和甘露糖苷酶(Mann)的活性变化,以比较评价这些生化指标对机体锌营养状况改变的灵敏性。研究结果表明,血浆锌含量,AKP活性和体外加锌法测定的Mann活性变化对动物缺锌的反应最灵敏。红细胞ATP含量和ACE活性虽然也受动物锌营养状况变化的影响,但其灵敏性不如上述三项指标。实验中未观察到毛锌含量的显著改变。
In this study, the experimental rats were fed with low zinc diet, and the effects of zinc deficiency and zinc supplementation on the zinc content in the plasma, liver, kidney and hair of the animals were observed. At the same time, the contents of ATP and plasma alkaline phosphatase (AKP), angiotensin converting enzyme (ACB) and mannosidase (Mann) activity changes in order to compare the evaluation of these biochemical indicators of the body’s sensitivity to changes in zinc nutritional status. The results showed that the change of Mann activity measured by plasma zinc content, AKP activity and addition of zinc in vitro was most sensitive to zinc deficiency in animals. Although the ATP content and ACE activity of erythrocytes are also influenced by the changes of zinc nutritional status in animals, their sensitivity is not as good as the above three indexes. No significant change in hair zinc content was observed in the experiment.
