“师者,传道授业解惑也。”课堂就是教师“传道授业”的舞台。在教师课堂教学过程中,经常会遇到各种课堂纪律问题,为了达到教学目标,就必须对学生进行有效的课堂管理。课堂管理是教育学、心理学、管理学在教学中的具体应用,既是一门应用科学,又是一门应用艺术。教师怎样在有效的课堂管理中,发挥自己的主导作用,维护好课堂纪律,提高课堂效率,达到教书育人的目的,就是本文要探究的问题。
“Teacher, preach dedication also. ” Classroom is the teacher “missionary ” stage. In the process of teacher’s classroom teaching, often encounter various classroom discipline problems, in order to achieve the teaching goal, must carry on the effective classroom management to the student. Classroom management is a specific application of pedagogy, psychology and management science in teaching. It is both an applied science and an applied art. How teachers play their leading role in effective classroom management, maintain class discipline, improve classroom efficiency, and achieve the purpose of teaching and educating people, is the issue to be explored in this article.
