柿竹园多金属矿拥有独立的4种类型多金属矿床,矿物品种矿物品种多、矿石难选、工艺复杂。矿山拟新建钼铋钨多金属选矿厂,要求以处理钼铋钨多金属矿床矿石工艺流程为基础,同时兼顾处理钨钼铋多金属矿床矿石。通过对2种类型矿石的性质和选矿工艺流程进行研究,制定出新的选矿工艺流程。选矿厂按新工艺设计建成后,稳定生产一年半,生产指标超过了设计指标。钨、钼、铋、萤石精矿回收率分别比设计指标高3.48,8.09,11.74,15.91个百分点,钨、铋、萤石精矿品位分别比设计指标高2.72,7.95,1.50个百分点。说明研发的选矿流程对原矿的适应性好,实现了新建选矿厂处理2种类型矿石的目标,对类似矿山选矿厂的设计具有指导意义。
Shizuyuan Park polymetallic ore has an independent four types of polymetallic deposits, mineral species and more mineral species, refractory ore, complex process. Mines proposed to build a new molybdenum bismuth tungsten polymetal ore concentrator, requiring treatment of molybdenum bismuth tungsten polymetallic ore ore process as the basis, taking into account the handling of tungsten, molybdenum and bismuth polymetallic ore deposits. Through the nature of the two types of ore and beneficiation process research to develop a new beneficiation process. After the beneficiation plant is constructed according to the new process design, the stable production will last one year and a half, and the production index surpasses the design index. Tungsten, molybdenum, bismuth, fluorite concentrate recovery rates were higher than the design indicators 3.48,8.09,11.74,15.91 percentage points, respectively, tungsten, bismuth, fluorite concentrate grade higher than the design indicators 2.72,7.95,1.50 percentage points. This shows that the beneficiation process developed by this project has good adaptability to the raw ore and has achieved the goal of processing two types of ore by the new concentrator, which is of guiding significance for the design of similar ore concentrator.
