随着经济发展,社会的进步,人们对生活水平的要求越来越高,人们对住房的需求量也相应的上增,因而城市住宅小区建设也处于空前的高涨时期,如何才能满足人民居住的需求是建筑设计人员关注的焦点。如何设计空间舒适、便捷,环境优美的住宅区成为近年来高层住宅小区设计的关键之一。本文从环境、占地面积、交通和绿化等角度出发探讨了高层住宅建筑设计的影响因素,为实践设计提供理论支持。
With economic development and social progress, people’s requirements for living standards are getting higher and higher, and people’s demand for housing increases correspondingly. Therefore, the construction of urban residential quarters is also at an unprecedented period of upswing, and how can people’s livelihood be satisfied Demand is the focus of architectural designers. How to design a comfortable, convenient and beautiful environment in residential area has become one of the keys to the design of high-rise residential quarters in recent years. In this paper, the factors affecting the design of high-rise residential buildings are discussed in terms of environment, land occupation, traffic and afforestation, and provide theoretical support for practical design.
