黄山是何时命名的?《黄山记》(见高中语文教材第二册)一文中说:“鸿蒙以后多少年……才来到了人。第一个来者黄帝,一来到,黄山命了名.他和浮丘公、容成子上山采药。”笔者在备课时发现这一说法不确。唐以前,黄山称为“黟(yī)山”。关于黟山的传说颇多,最早见于《周书异记》。书中记载了轩辕黄帝曾命容成子、浮丘公一道来黟山炼丹采药的事.
