作者引用当今国际上较先进的光化学诱导法制作成功了脑梗塞动物模型,脑梗塞部位和程度均较稳定,且很近似临床脑梗塞的病理过程。按照临床实际,为上述治疗组动物进行了紫外线辐射充氧血液输注,通过与对照组动物脑梗塞区的病理和微循环观察,提示该疗法能明显减轻和改善脑梗塞区的病损程度,增强脑梗塞区的血液供应。作者认为后者也可能为该疗法疗效的机理之一,并建议将该疗法作为脑缺血缺氧性脑病的一种临床康复措施。
