目的:规范消毒供应室管理,提高消毒供应室工作效率,加强仪器设备的管理,及时发现设备故障,及时排除,消除安全隐患,延长仪器设备使用寿命,使工作更加高效、精准。方法:成立5S活动小组,制定实施计划,对消毒供应室进行5S管理。结果:5S活动实施后,消毒供应室的环境改善了,工作效率提高了,临床对消毒供应室的满意度提升到90%以上。讨论:规范消毒供应室管理,提高工作效率,提升员工素养。
Objective: To standardize the management of disinfection supply room, improve the working efficiency of disinfection supply room, strengthen the management of equipment and instruments, find out the equipment faults in time, eliminate the hidden dangers in time and extend the service life of equipment to make the work more efficient and precise. Methods: The establishment of 5S activity group, the development of implementation plan, disinfection supply room for 5S management. Results: After the implementation of 5S activity, the environment of disinfection supply room improved and the work efficiency improved. The satisfaction of clinical disinfection supply room was improved to more than 90%. Discussion: Standardize disinfection supply room management, improve work efficiency, enhance staff quality.
