中国房地产行业经营环境复杂多变,对行业中企业战略管理能力的要求越来越高,而企业战略选择在很大程度上取决于高层管理团队对经营环境的判断。本文基于中国房地产上市公司数据,在分析中国房地产业2001—2010年的企业战略演变情况及特征的基础上,采取实证研究方法分析高层管理团队特征对企业战略选择的影响。研究表明:中国房地产行业具有高波动、高抉择特征,非常符合“高层梯队理论”的假设条件;中国房地产行业高层管理团队规模、年龄异质性、教育水平异质性、职业背景异质性对企业战略选择类型有显著影响,但房地产业高层管理团队的平均年龄对战略选择没有显著影响。
The complex and ever-changing operating environment in China’s real estate industry demands more and more from the strategic management capabilities of enterprises in the industry. The strategic choice of the enterprises depends to a large extent on the judgment of the top management team on the business environment. Based on the data of real estate listed companies in China, this paper analyzes the evolution and characteristics of corporate real estate in China from 2001 to 2010 and analyzes the influence of top management team on the strategic choices of enterprises based on the empirical research methods. The research shows that China’s real estate industry has the characteristics of high volatility and high choice, which is in good agreement with the hypothesis of “high-level echelon theory”. The scale, age heterogeneity, heterogeneity of education level, Sex has a significant effect on the type of business strategy choices, but the average age of the senior management team in the real estate industry has no significant effect on the strategic choices.
