对分枝杆菌多糖(Mycobacterialpolysaccharides,MPS)对环磷酰胺(cyclophosphamide,CP)所致白细胞减少小鼠的影响进行了实验观察。小鼠腹腔注射CP,制作白细胞减少动物模型。实验组在给予CP的翌日,注射MPS(5或25μg/只·d ̄(-1)),连续4d。隔日计数白细胞。与对照组比较,实验组白细胞数下降较少,回升迅速。结果提示MPS有抑制CP所致白细胞降低及促进白细胞回升的作用。
The effect of Mycobacterium Polysaccharides (MPS) on leukopenic mice induced by cyclophosphamide (CP) was observed. The mice were injected intraperitoneally with CP to make a leukopenia animal model. The experimental group was injected with MPS (5 or 25 μg / day · d ~ (-1)) on the following day of CP administration for 4 days. White blood cells were counted every other day. Compared with the control group, the experimental group decreased less white blood cells, picked up rapidly. The results suggest that MPS can inhibit the decline of white blood cells induced by CP and promote the recovery of white blood cells.
