各种原因都能引起ARDS,且都在心肺功能正常情况下,因突发因素而发病。15例均系各科出现典型表现后才确诊,为期已晚,死亡率高。因此早期发现诊断才能降低死亡率。一旦有基础疾病,在上述诱因情况下,出现呼吸困难,呼吸频率增加,考虑ARDS的可能,并对病人进行监护,加强治疗,才能使病情得到控制,降低病死率。机械通气是主要的治疗措施。在机械通气中多采用呼气末正压通气治疗。在纠正低氧血症的同时,应加强综合治疗,积极严密观察病情,监测血气和电解质改变。
A variety of reasons can cause ARDS, and are in normal circumstances of cardiopulmonary function, due to unexpected factors and disease.
