目的研究4种根管冲洗系统对根管壁玷污层清理效率。方法收集2016年1—4月于南京市口腔医院口腔颌面外科因正畸减数拔牙拔除的下颌前磨牙32颗,建立根管冲洗模型,随机分成4组,分别采用侧方开口针头注射器(A组)、Vibringe声波根管冲洗系统(B组)、RinsEndo根管冲洗系统(C组)和被动超声冲洗系统(D组)。预备并冲洗完成后,劈开根管,干燥喷金,扫描电子显微镜观察各区根管壁牙本质小管被玷污层覆盖情况。结果玷污层评分情况:各组根管尖部均存在明显的玷污层覆盖牙本质小管,评分高于根管冠部和根管中部(P<0.05)。B、C、D组的根管中部、根管尖部评分低于A组(P<0.05)。4组在根管尖部根管内壁的玷污层评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 RinsEndo根管冲洗手机、Vibringe声波冲洗系统和被动超声冲洗系统在根管中部和根管尖部的玷污层清理效果显著好于侧方开口针头注射器的冲洗效果。
Objective To study the cleaning efficiency of four root canal irrigation systems on the root canal wall smear layer. METHODS: From January to April in 2016, 32 mandibular premolar teeth from oral and maxillofacial surgery in Nanjing Stomatological Hospital were collected for orthodontic tooth extraction. Root canal irrigation models were randomly divided into 4 groups, Group A), Vibringe ultrasonic root canal irrigation system (Group B), RinsEndo root canal irrigation system (Group C) and passive ultrasonic irrigation system (Group D). After preparation and rinsing, the root canal was dissected, the gold was sprayed dry and the scanning electron microscope was used to observe the coverage of the dentinal tubules in the root canal wall of each district by the smear layer. Results Staining score: There were obvious smear layer covering the dentinal tubules in the root tips of each group, and the scores were higher than those in the root canal and middle root canal (P <0.05). The score of root canal in middle root canal and root canal in group B, C and D was lower than that in group A (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the smear level of the root canal between the four groups (P> 0.05). Conclusions RinsEndo root canal irrigation handpieces, Vibringe sonic irrigation system and passive ultrasonic irrigation system have significantly better smear layer cleaning effect in the middle root canal and the root canal than the side open needle syringe.
