随着素质教育观念逐渐深入人心,德育工作在高中受到了越来越多的重视。尤其是在班主任工作中,做好德育工作,对于提高班级管理工作的效率,促进学生的良好发展有着重要的帮助作用。所以,这就需要班主任应该加强对于班级德育工作进行研究,针对高中生的实际情况和心理特点开展德育工作,加强对于学生的思想教育,提高学生的综合素质。本文以促进高中班主任德育能力的实践探索为主题,通过对于高中班主任开展德育工作的措施进行简要分析,提出了提高德育能力的措施。旨在有效提高德育工作有效性,提高班级管理效率,促进学生的全面发展。
With the concept of quality education gradually reaching people’s hearts, moral education has been paid more and more attention in high school. Especially in class teacher work, do a good job in moral education, to improve the efficiency of class management, and promote the good development of students has an important role in helping. Therefore, this requires that the class teacher should strengthen the research on class moral education work, carry out moral education work according to the actual situation and psychological characteristics of senior high school students, strengthen the ideological education for students and improve the overall quality of students. Based on the practical exploration of promoting the moral education ability of senior high school teachers, this paper analyzes the measures of moral education for senior high school teachers and puts forward measures to improve the moral education ability.
