A survey of high school teachers provided us with more room for thinking: 98% of high school teachers’ research teaching reference books and then teaching, and less than 60% of the number of people conducting teaching activities after studying new course standards. Only 28.9% of the total number of teachers have read more than five books or periodicals. Most teachers write only 1-3 papers a year. The general situation is “Don’t write” or “No time to write.” Only 18.2% of Chinese teachers have the ability to publish literary works (in terms of articles published by prefecture-level or above publications). On the one hand, teachers practice their own or “take” precious teaching experience on the one hand, and on the other hand, they have no reservations to use the existing teaching experience.
