Shaanxi Construction Enterprise Group is a close layer of Shaanxi Construction Machinery (Group) Co., Ltd. as the core layer, IR-ABG China Maintenance Service Company and Xi’an Construction Machinery Distribution Leasing Co., Ltd., Shaanxi Province Construction Machinery Plant, Shaanxi 35 units such as the Hongqi Electric Motor Factory are complementary economic entities with mutual advantages and mutual benefits for the semi-tight layer and the loose layer.
