对于成品油长输管道而言,保证油品质量、减少混油,并将油品安全输送至下游油库尤为重要,目前国内在成品油管道-35#柴油/97#汽油的混油切割作业中尚无成熟经验。以吉长成品油管道-35#柴油/97#汽油的混油切割为例,结合实际运行数据,分析输送期间不同输量对混油量的影响,结果表明:吉长成品油管道以400 m3/h的输量运行,可以最大限度地减少混油量。明确了混油切割计算中密度的选取依据,提出了非对称切割方法。通过分析管道沿线各检测点混油量的变化趋势,得出混油增长经验公式,即长春末站的混油量约为吉林首站初始混油量的1.15倍(或8#阀室混油量的1.02倍),并且总结提出指导-35#柴油/97#汽油混油切割作业的建议,保障了管道运行安全,提高了经济效益。
