目的:比较分析根茎类中药生药颗粒剂与生药材传统中药饮品的有效部位的提取效能.方法:选取根茎类中药人参、黄芪、党参等的生药颗粒剂与生药材传统饮片作为研究对象,分别对其在不同煎煮次数下的有效成分煎出率进行分析.同时比较中药材在不同粉碎粒度下,有效成分煎出率的不同.结果:在相同提取条件下,人参、黄芪和党参三种常见的根茎类中药有效成分煎出率均随着药物煎煮次数的增加而不断下降,且在相同煎煮次数的情况下,中药饮片有效成分煎出率显著高于生药颗粒剂(除第一次外,生药颗粒剂的第一次有效成分煎出率显著高于中药饮片),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).中药材在不同粉碎粒度下,粉碎越细,初次煎煮的有效成分煎出率越高,而随着煎煮次数的增加,有效成分煎出率则越低.结论:根茎类中药生药颗粒剂与生药材传统中药饮品的有效部位提取效能不同,中药材在不同粒度和不同提取条件下有效部位的煎出率也有差别,这一研究结果能为药厂中药生药颗粒剂的生产和医院药房中药饮片的配制提供依据.

Chinese herbal medicines at different grinding particle size, the smaller the fine grinding, the first boiling active ingredients The higher the rate of decoction, and the lower the decocting rate of active ingredient with the increase of decoction times.Conclusion: The effective fractions of rhizome traditional Chinese medicine granule and raw herbs are extracted Can be different from the rate of fry effective medicines at different parts of different size and have different extraction conditions, this research will provide the basis for the production of Chinese Herbal Medicine hospital pharmacy and pharmaceutical preparation of Chinese crude drugs granules.
