一、团队跟进式教研的现状1,团队的组成形式基本以学校学科教研组或者校际(及以上)学科中心教研组为基础,组成一个相对固定的研修团队。2,教研的活动形式基本是“单通道”跟进,即线性跟进。基本活动形式为现场集中备课、磨课——现场会。通常分为活动前准备和现场会两个阶段。下面以目前常见的校本教开和跨校际的区域教研这两种形式具体分析此线性跟进的教研现状。(1)活动前准备校本教研基本程序为:确定课题和执教
