幸福是一种心理体验。在教学中品尝那点点滴滴的甘与苦、寻找到幸福,是每一位教师一生渴望追求的最高精神境界。一位伟人曾经说过:“想发财,就别来当老师。”从古至今有谁听说过教书教出个百万富翁?如果教师把教育当成一种谋生的手段,那就大错特错了。如何在教学中体验自己的幸福,相信我们每一位教师都会有不同的心理感受。1987年毕业后,我被分配到了贺兰山脚下的一所化工厂小学。当时我看着破破烂烂的校舍,心里凉到了极点。我的女朋友搭着拉煤的卡车来看我,她看到这一切心中充满了无限的伤感与抱怨,无奈中半年后只好和我分手了。孤独、失望、无助使我流下了伤心的泪水,这也影响了我从教时的情绪。有一次,一名学生因为没完成作业我动手打了他一巴掌,还责令他去请家长。这位学生因害怕请家长直接离校出走了。为此学校发动所有教师连夜寻找,直到
