目前苏联建筑业中使用的方木底板、作圆周平移运动的БЗМ-12和БЗМ-18混凝土表面平整器由于结构不合理,使其推广使用都受到了限制。БЗМ-12平整器的底板的圆周平移运动是依靠两个曲柄实现的。曲柄通过两级三角皮带传动与电动机连接。两个曲柄再加上两级三角皮带传动使平整器结构复杂化。零件制造上和组装时的不可避免的误差,都会引起方木底板与曲柄连接的扭曲。在平整过程中,底板难以平整地浮在混凝土表面上,影响平整质量。БЗМ-18平整器只有一个曲柄传动,但
At present, the square bottom plate used in the Soviet Union’s construction industry, the БЗМ-12 and БЗM-18 concrete surface leveler for circular translational motion have been limited in their popularization due to their unreasonable structure. The translational movement of the bottom plate of the БЗMl-2 leveler is achieved by means of two cranks. The crank is connected to the motor via a two-stage V-belt drive.
