采用熔融共混法制备出了PA-6/碳纤维复合材料,研究了碳纤维对复合材料性能的影响;利用扫描电镜(SEM)分析了PA-6/碳纤维复合材料的断面形貌。结果表明:加入碳纤维后,PA-6的熔融指数降低;处理过的碳纤维与PA-6基体间界面粘结性较好,使得PA-6的冲击强度有所增加,拉伸强度、弯曲模量及力学性能的稳定性显著提升,吸水性明显降低。
The PA-6 / carbon fiber composites were prepared by melt blending method. The effects of carbon fiber on the properties of the composites were investigated. The cross-section morphology of PA-6 / carbon fiber composites was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results showed that the melt index of PA-6 decreased after carbon fiber was added. The interfacial adhesion between treated carbon fiber and PA-6 matrix was better and the impact strength of PA-6 increased. The tensile strength, flexural modulus And the stability of mechanical properties significantly improved, water absorption decreased significantly.
