脂蛋白酯酶是丝氨酸酯酶家族中的一员,由骨骼肌细胞、心肌细胞和脂肪细胞等实质性细胞合成、分泌而成,其主要生理功能表现为对极低密度脂蛋白中的TG和乳糜微粒具有水解作用,同时可清除人体中多余的TG。运动、营养、激素等多种因素对脂蛋白酯酶的活性和表达具有一定的影响,采用运动、饮食等方式可对起到调节作用,进而实现改善脂质代谢、减脂和改善糖代谢的目的,本文针总结临床经验并查阅文献资料,针对脂蛋白酯酶的结构、功能及调控等角度作一综述,探析饮食和运动对脂蛋白酯酶的表达、活性的影响机制,以为临床实践和研究提供有效的理论依据。
