当前及今后一个时期,上海国资委系统各级党组织的首要任务是学习党的十八大精神,特别是学习好党的十八大报告。党的十八大报告,是新的历史条件下夺取中国特色社会主义新胜利的政治纲领,是全面建成小康社会的行动指南。学习领会党的十八大精神,对于动员、组织基层企业党员和干部职工坚持中国特色社会主义方向,坚定不移地贯彻科学发展观,坚定不移地推进国资国企改革发展,坚定不移地投身于全面建成小康社会伟大事业,具有重要意义。
At present and for some time to come, the primary task of the party organizations at all levels in the SASAC system is to learn the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress, and in particular to study the 18th CPC National Congress report. The report of the 18th CPC National Congress is the political platform for seizing new victories in socialism with Chinese characteristics under the new historic conditions and is the guide for action in building an overall well-to-do society. To learn and understand the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress, we must unswervingly carry forward the scientific development concept and unswervingly push forward the reform and development of state-owned assets-owned enterprises through mobilization and organization of party members and cadres and workers in grass-roots enterprises in the direction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is of great significance in building a well-to-do society in an all-round way.
