在当代社会,装饰行业的重要性已经不容忽视,渐渐成为必不可少的一个服务行业。并且由于装饰行业的特殊性,决定了装饰施工员的人才培养需要以工作过程为基础,基于工作过程制定特殊的人才培养模式,并在现有的培养模式的基础上进行实践与创新。为了达到较为有效的人才培养模式实践与创新,需要我们从多个方面进行较为大型的改革,给予装饰施工员更多的实践机会,让他们在不断的学习和摸索当中渐渐成长起来,成为具有较强竞争力的专业人才。
In contemporary society, the importance of the decoration industry can not be ignored, has gradually become an essential service industry.
