一、前言要合成一种化合物,一般的研究方法是在反应瓶中对各种工艺条件如反应温度、催化剂、配方等进行筛选试验,然后在反应釜中进行放大试验。每筛选一个条件都要耗费大量的时间,人力和原料,使得我们的研究工作多走了一些弯路。优选法的建立,使筛选试验进行了某些简化,但优选法并不揭示反应性质,不能反映各种工艺条件复杂的相互关系。从化学反应的角度来看,一种新化合物的形成,必然存在着化学键的增减或重新组合。此过程大多有能量上的差别,在宏观上
