开放言路是我国传统政治文化的重要内容,言论自由是西方宪政发展的产物,两者产生于不同的文化背景,但却有着相同的关注—政治参与,对二者的比较研究,有助于实现西方宪政制度与我国传统政治文化资源相结合,建立立足于我国本土文化传统的言论自由制度。
Open speech is an important part of our country’s traditional political culture. Freedom of speech is a product of the development of constitutionalism in the West. Both originate from different cultural backgrounds but share the same concerns - political participation and comparative study of the two. Realize the combination of the constitutional system in the West and the traditional political and cultural resources in our country and establish a system of freedom of speech based on our own local cultural traditions.
