我们已研制出利用集成电路处理技术来透过心壁记录心电信号的薄膜多电极阵列。该多电极阵列较传统的手工制作的阵列有了某些重大的改进。譬如横切面较小、每根针记录点增多、控制位置和记录区间更精确、双电极空间较小、输出范围较宽。这些优点使得我们可利用具有更高密度的双电极排布来监视复波电压,显示心室纤颤或去纤颤期间的梯度场。我们利用自制的刚性和柔性电极阵列获得了透过心壁的心电信号。刚性多电极阵列由以钼为衬底
We have developed thin-film multi-electrode arrays that use integrated circuit processing technology to record ECG signals through the walls of the heart. The multi-electrode array has some significant improvements over traditional hand-made arrays. For example, the cross section is smaller, the number of recording points per needle is increased, the control position and recording interval are more accurate, the space between two electrodes is smaller, and the output range is wider. These advantages allow us to monitor the complex wave voltage using a two-electrode arrangement with a higher density, showing the gradient field during ventricular fibrillation or defibrillation. We obtained ECG through the heart wall using a home-made rigid and flexible electrode array. Rigid multi-electrode arrays are made of molybdenum
