丝裂霉素C是1956年由日本秦氏(Hata,T)从链丝菌属中Stretomyces Caespitosus分离出来的抗菌素,具有抗革兰氏阳性及阴性细菌作用,同时有抗癌作用。其最初分离出的有效成分为丝裂霉素A及B。1958年若木氏(Wakaki,s.)在同一菌株中分离出一种成分,称为丝裂霉素C,为紫蓝色结晶,能溶于有机溶媒,易溶于水,性质稳定,非常耐热。药理作用1.对实验性肿瘤的作用:丝裂霉素C是目前所知道的抗癌抗菌素中,实验性抗瘤谱最广的一种,据杉浦氏(Sugiura,K.)的报告,对29种瘤株进行详细研究,每日腹腔内注入0.5-2.0毫克/公斤体重,连
Mitomycin C is an antibiotic that was isolated from Streptomyces Caespitosus in the genus Streptomyces by Hata, T in 1956 and has anti-Gram-positive and anti-cancer effects. It also has an anti-cancer effect. The active ingredients that were originally isolated were mitomycin A and B. In 1958, Wakaki (S.) isolated a component in the same strain called mitomycin C, a purple-blue crystal, soluble in organic solvents, soluble in water, stable in nature, and very resistant heat. Pharmacological effects 1. Effect on experimental tumors: Mitomycin C is the most widely known type of anticancer antibiotic that is currently known, according to the Sugiura (K.) report.
