目的:建立杜仲饮片HPCE指纹图谱分析方法,并对杜仲及其炮制品的指纹图谱进行比较。方法:采用高效毛细管电泳法进行色谱分离,以60 mmol/L硼砂-20 mmol/L磷酸二氢钠-10%甲醇(pH=10.0)为运行缓冲液,分离电压为20 kV,波长为210 nm,以松脂醇二葡萄糖苷为参照物,测定其指纹图谱,并作模糊聚类法分析和相似度评价。结果:初步建立了以10个共有峰为特征指纹信息的杜仲饮片HPCE指纹图谱;发现少数杜仲饮片的指纹图谱有一定差异,生品与其炮制品的指纹谱中共有峰相对峰面积差异显著。结论:该方法准确可靠,重现性好,可作为杜仲饮片内在质量评价的依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC fingerprint of Eucommia ulmoides Pieces and to compare the fingerprints of Eucommia ulmoides and its processed products. Methods: Chromatographic separation was performed by high performance capillary electrophoresis with 60 mmol / L borax-20 mmol / L sodium dihydrogen phosphate -10% methanol (pH = 10.0) as the running buffer. The separation voltage was 20 kV and the wavelength was 210 nm , With Pinoresinol diglucoside as reference, the fingerprinting was determined, and fuzzy clustering analysis and similarity evaluation. Results: The fingerprints of Eucommia ulmoides Pieces were preliminarily established. The fingerprints of Eucommia ulmoides Pieces were found to be different from each other. The relative peak areas of the common peaks in the fingerprints of raw and processed products were significantly different. Conclusion: The method is accurate and reliable with good reproducibility and can be used as the basis for evaluating the internal quality of Eucommia ulmoides decoction piece.
