二十一世纪是一个多元文化共存的时代。传统文化与现代文化的交织,不同区域、不同民族、不同国家间的文化,随着经济全球化而不断交流、融合。在这种多元文化的大潮中,不同文化间既有矛盾冲突,又要相互借鉴学习。大学外语专业教师是语言、文化的重要传播者,也是跨文化人才的培养者。“传道、授业、解惑”的传统职责,在新时代又被赋予新的使命。除了必须具备更高、更强的专业知识之外,还必须肩负传播跨国间的文化习俗;培养积极向上、心理健康、德才兼备的新时代人才的使命。
The 21st century is an era of multicultural coexistence. The interweaving of traditional culture and modern culture, the culture in different regions, different nationalities and different countries are constantly exchanged and integrated with economic globalization. In this multi-cultural tide, there are conflicts and conflicts between different cultures and learn from each other. University foreign language teachers are important communicators of language and culture, as well as cultivators of intercultural talents. “The traditional mission of preaching, teaching, and doubting ” has been given a new mission in the new era. In addition to having to possess higher and stronger professional knowledge, it is also necessary to shoulder the task of spreading cultural customs across borders and fostering the mission of a new era of people with positive and progressive mental health and both ability and political integrity.
