教学活动是学校的主要活动,而课题研究则是教学的源头活水,没有科研作支撑,课堂教学就会失去灵魂。教学研究即探讨教育的问题,包括课题的自我研究,学校是教学及小课题研究的基地,教师是教学与科研的行为人,促进教研发展是教学研究的目的之一。小课题研究是指教师自发地根据教育教学实践中遇到的具有研究意义的问题,进行梳理研究,它具有开口小、周期短、易实施、见效快的特点。教师在教学与思索中寻找选题,在理论指导下科学规划课题,甚至可以从学生反馈中发现研究选题。当小课题研究成为教师的一种习惯,提高教育教学质量就不再是一句空话。
