本文采用薄层色谱法对金利油软胶囊中秦皮乙素进行定性鉴别。软胶囊内容物经水提取后在硅胶G板上以甲苯－乙酸乙酯－甲酸－乙醇为展开剂展开后在紫外灯下检视，在与标准品相应的位正有相同的斑点。该法简便结果准确，重视性好，在该制剂质量标准中已准备采用。
In this paper, the qualitative identification of aesculin in Jinli Oil Soft Capsule by TLC. The contents of the soft capsule were extracted by water and developed on a silica gel G plate with toluene-ethyl acetate-formic acid-ethanol as developing solvent and examined under a UV lamp. The same spots were observed in the corresponding position of the standard. The method is simple and accurate, good value, and is ready to be adopted in the preparation quality standard.
