为给钨丝的掺杂元素钾均匀分布创造条件,以改善灯用钨丝质量,作者研究了比表面大、对钾具有强吸附力、活性高的铵钨青铜型蓝钨的制取工艺。试验确定了制取铵钨青铜的适宜原料为五水仲钨酸铵。研究了反应温度、反应气氛、气氛湿度等对铵钨青铜性能的影响,为铵钨青铜的工业生产提供了依据。
In order to create uniform conditions for the uniform distribution of potassium in the doped tungsten filament and improve the quality of the tungsten filament used in the lamp, the authors studied the preparation process of ammonium tungsten bronze type blue tungsten with large specific surface area, high potassium adsorption capacity and high activity. Test to determine the preparation of ammonium tungsten bronze suitable raw materials for five ammonium paratungstate. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction atmosphere and atmosphere humidity on the properties of ammonium tungsten bronze were studied, which provided the basis for the industrial production of ammonium tungsten bronze.
