目的:观察扬子鳄肌肉组织蛋白水解液的抗应激作用及对细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:观察执应激作用采用缺氧和疲劳等方法,观察对细胞免疫功能的影响采用环磷酰胺诱导免疫功能低下小鼠迟发型超敏反应法。结果:扬子鳄肌肉组织蛋白水解液可延长小鼠负重游泳时间以及延长亚硝酸钠和氰化钾中毒性缺氧小鼠的存活时间,同时可使小鼠降低的耳片肿胀度和胸腺指数升高。结论:扬子鳄肌肉组织蛋白水解液有明显的抗应激作用,同时对小鼠实验性细胞免疫功能低下有一定的改善作用。
Objective: To observe the anti-stress effect of protein hydrolysate from muscle tissue of Chinese alligator and its effect on cellular immune function. Methods: Observe the effects of stress on the use of hypoxia and fatigue, and observe the effect on cellular immune function. Cyclophosphamide-induced delayed-type hypersensitivity in mice with immunocompromised function. RESULTS: The protein hydrolyzate of muscle of Chinese alligator could prolong the time of weight-bearing swimming in mice and prolong the survival time of toxic and hypoxic mice with sodium nitrite and potassium cyanide. Meanwhile, it can also increase the swelling of the ears and the thymus index in mice. . Conclusion: The protein hydrolyzate from muscle tissue of Chinese alligator has obvious anti-stress effect, and it can also improve the experimental cellular immune function in mice.
