目的:观察前牙区残根保留情况下牙龈组织的自我修复能力。方法:上颌前牙区残根或残冠患者16例,将残根或残冠磨至龈缘下平齐牙槽嵴顶水平,避免磨损牙龈组织,术后第10、20、30 d观察牙龈生长情况,测量龈乳头至邻牙牙尖水平面的垂直距离、龈缘中点至邻牙牙尖水平面的垂直距离。利用SPSS 13.0软件对测量的实验数据进行统计学分析。结果:术后第30 d增生的软组织基本覆盖残根断面,且新生的软组织与正常牙龈在颜色、质地上基本一致。观察周期内,龈乳头至邻牙牙尖水平面的垂直距离、龈缘中点至邻牙牙尖水平面的垂直距离均越来越小,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:该方法可以使牙龈在无损伤的情况下自我修复,达到增加软组织面积及量的效果。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the self-healing ability of gingival tissue under residual root of anterior teeth. METHODS: Twenty-six patients with residual root or residual crown in the maxillary anterior region were ground to the level of alveolar crest below the gingival margins to avoid wearing of gingival tissues. Gingival growth was observed on the 10th, 20th, 30th day after operation The vertical distance from the gingival papilla to the level of the cusp tip and the vertical distance from the gingival margin to the level of the cusp tip were measured. The measured experimental data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 13.0 software. Results: The soft tissue that proliferated on the 30th day basically covered the residual root section, and the newborn soft tissue was basically the same in color and texture as the normal gums. During the observation period, the vertical distance from the gingival papilla to the cusp tip and the vertical distance from the gingival margin to the cusp tip were both smaller and smaller, with statistical significance (P <0.001). Conclusion: The method can make the gums self-repair without damage, to achieve the effect of increasing the area and amount of soft tissue.
